Disneyland!

Our friends Gus and Chas gave us tickets to Disneyland (or Dinkusland as Reed calls it) so we all went together on Monday. It was so fun to see it at Christmas for the first time and to experience it with my kids for their first time!

Ready to go in their hats from Gus and Chas.

Gus, Chas and Paige on the tram going in.

She loves this hat! Wears it every day!

The first character we saw was Pluto. Reed was scared and Paige kept pointing and saying "doggie" (all animals are doggie right now but this one actually was!)

Reed wanted to go on Small World until right before we got on. "I don't want to get in the boat!" Well, we made him. Had to capture the moment....

He finally stopped crying after a couple minutes inside and was good the rest of the day!

Meeting Mickey went about as well as meeting Pluto....

Going for a ride in Toon Town

Reeds all about the firetrucks!

He desperately wanted this lollipop! So easy to make him happy!

Looks like Dada enjoyed it too. (I zoomed in on them in a line for Dumbo) BUSTED!

She wanted me to get on Dumbo too...

Pointing at Reed and Dada

Me and Paigey on Dumbo (the one that doesn't move...)

Reed and Dada getting ready to take off!

Sharing stationary Dumbo

In the Submarine

Sharing his lollipop with sister. So sweet!

Reed loved that lollipop! Best $2.95 spent!

Paige finally crashed out.

Waiting for the light parade.

Thanks Gus and Chas for giving my kids such a special day for their first time at Dinkusland!

  1. Jamie and I were cracking up at your narrarating of this post! You are too funny! Looks like you guys had a fun time. Glad you were able to go, and the kids got their first set of Mickey ears! Now...maybe mommy will let Reed watch Mickey Mouse Clubhouse! =) Or....maybe not. At least the Mouse at Dland doesn't talk...you hate his voice! LOL
